The Public Service Management Code (PSMC), which is a code aimed to regulate the behaviour of public officials, has been rewritten to be shorter and more accessible to the general public.

Due to the PSMC’s duties related to Human Resources, this document is dynamic and ever evolving to
reflect the constant improvement of policies, practice and procedures. Thanks
to regular updates, the PSMC aims to regulate the management of Human Resources
