‘Counting on You!’ — This is the theme that the Public Service has adopted for its campaign at this year’s Freshers’ Week, both at the University of Malta and at MCAST. This participation in the Freshers’ Week is another way of reaching our clients, this time University students.

Information on how a student can benefit from scholarships and ask for help on stipends can be found at the stand. Through the traineeships offered by the Institute for Public Services, students can also be given the opportunity to work part-time with the Public Service, in the field for which the student is studying. It offers practical work experience while serving as a source of income.

For this year, students can enter the chance to win iPad Air 5 by uploading a photo from the stand and following the Public Service page on Instagram. More information, both on the competition and on other information applicable to students, is provided by public officers present on the stand.
