​In January 2022 the Public Service formed a collaboration with the children’s educational magazine “Sagħtar” for the Public Service to be placed at the forefront of career choices. “Sagħtar” reaches about 6,000 children monthly. ​With simple and comprehensible words for all ages, explanations were given about what the Public Service does and what it consists of, as well as the variety of career options that can be pursued to make a difference in society.

Attention was paid not only to the language chosen to convey the message but also to the design and illustrations that accompanied the articles. Careers already discussed include those related to engineering, education, health, history, finance and animals.

After the summer break, the Public Service will continue to contribute to “Sagħtar” with more career details.
