The Servizz.gov hub in Żejtun has relocated to new premises at AM Business Centre, Labour Road, Żejtun. The upgraded facilities are designed to provide a faster, more efficient customer experience while offering greater privacy, comfort and security.

This improvement forms part of a wider investment in public service delivery. Since 2023, Servizz.gov has invested €1.3 million in establishing new regional hubs and upgrading existing facilities to better meet the needs of the public.

Today, Servizz.gov operates 27 hubs across Malta and Gozo, providing citizens with convenient access to hundreds of government services under one roof. Whether seeking information on social benefits, pensions, education or other public services, individuals can receive assistance without having to visit multiple government departments.

In addition to the Żejtun hub, citizens can visit centres in several localities, including Valletta, Birkirkara, Mosta, Rabat, Paola, Żabbar and Victoria, Gozo.

For those who prefer accessing services remotely, Servizz.gov also aids through its online portal, Freephone 153 and other communication channels.
