The Public Service continues to reach its customers at all times and through extremely convenient methods. A portal that conveys very useful personal information to everyone is myhealth.gov.mt​.

This portal gives citizens online access to all medical records concerning them. The same access is also granted to one’s personal doctor. All you need to do to access these records is to log in with your e-ID.

The personal information you can access includes a summary of all your cases with the dates of your interventions or appointments at the hospital, a list of scheduled appointments, benefits related to the Pharmacy of Your Choice, as well as your detailed results and X-ray images.

When patients give access to their personal doctor, the latter receives a notification whenever there are new results. Since doctors have a large number of clients, the system offers sorting and filtering facilities in order to compare results.

The system is constantly being updated with increased functions over time.

Myhealth is an essential part of the Public Service strategy to bring services to people through digitalisation.
