IPS JOURNAL – 4TH EDITION

​The Institute for the Public Services (IPS) has just published the fourth issue of the IPS Journal which presents the Public Service with further interesting research and knowledge in various sectors.

This edition contains in-depth research from renowned researchers – Professor Carmel Borg, Professor Keith Sciberras and Professor Stephen C. Calleya. These professors provide research on the way forward for Malta for Social Justice and Education; Raining fire as blood: Diplomazija Astuta, the Malta Pavilion for the 59th International Art Exhibition – La Biennale di Venezia; and Malta’s Geo-Strategic Reality respectively.

This Journal also includes interesting articles from Mr Jake Grech, Ms Joanne Gouder, Dr Patricia Vella Bonanno and Ms Liberata Vassallo.

IPS continues to concentrate on its training and development services focusing on the pillar of Continuous Professional Development through evidence-based research for a continuous improvement in the provision of a service of excellence by the Public Service.
